How does it work?

Probiotic cleaning = new recommendations in hospital hygiene
In January of this year, the Robert Koch Institute, an authority in hospital hygiene in Germany, decided to include probiotic cleaning of surfaces in their new official recommendations for hospital hygiene and infection control. In section 6.3 on probiotic cleaning, they write: "The use of probiotics on surfaces in medical facilities is an interesting approach, as probiotic bacteria establish a long-lasting, stable microbiome, whereas disinfectant cleaning only has a short-term effect. In addition, disinfectants are known to promote the development of cross-resistance to antibiotics, which is not the case with probiotic cleaning products." It's quite a quality stamp for probiotic cleaning.
